Disneyland May 2008

 We just got back from Disneyland yesterday.  We are al

l still exausted from the flight home, our flight left yesterday morning at 7:00 am which of course meant we had to be up at the crack of dawn and if you know our family we are not morning

 people.  But we had a great time on our trip.

We left Wed. Morning and when our

 plane landed we  

 got our rental car and was a little shocked to see the 

car they gave us.  We were driving

 around a pimped out 

red Dodge Magnum charger( pimped out station wagon), 

We were a little worried at first to have this car we stood 

out everywhere we went. It had steel me written all over it.

After we got loaded in the car we

 headed off to find Disneyland and of course got lost because we forgot to bring the GPS and forgot to grab a

 map.  We finally found a store that had a map and found our way to the happiest place on

 earth.  Adison was so excited she could hardly stand it.  I have never seen her so excited to go somewhere she was litteraly trying to jump out of her seat in the car.  We

 couldnt get their fast enough. We got into disneyland and the first

 place we went was to get a fast pass for splash mountain.  We

 then took both girls on Big thunder mountain(Adison's very first time.)  She really wasnt too sure about the ride.  When we

 were done she said "ME didnt like that ride" .

                                   

Thursday:  We ended up walking to the park from our hotel it was

 a nice walk although it was 15 min. long.  It turned out to be a very interesting day.  It was cold and raining.  We took the girls to see

 the princesses first thing when we got in the park, We stood in line for an hour or so and then .  It was finally our turn and the girls saw Sleeping beauty, Snow White and Pocahontas.  It was fun to see Pocahontas they have never met her before. We then went over to toon town and went to ride on the Roger Rabbit ride.

  Adison was scared so I stayed with her.  Justin and Bailley ended up going on the ride and got half way through it and the ride broke, they ended up having to walk out.  We then decided to go over to California Adventures we saw Disney playhouse.  They really enjoyed that it had, Little Einsteins (Adi's favorite), Winnie

 the Pooh, Mickey Playhouse and Handy Manny it was really cute

We then went to ride their Wild Mouse ride ( I dont remember the name)  Well to make a long story short Justin and Bailley had to walk off of that one too.  (It broke).  To end the day we walked back to the hotel in the pooring rain.  Bailley chose to walk rather than to ride in the stroller.  She is a trooper.

Friday:

Was our last day at the park.  We decided to ride Big thunder Mountain again and this time we all got stuck on the ride, We sat their for about 15-20 min before we had to walk off the ride.  So that makes 3 rides in two days that broke while we were on them. ( What Luck!!!)  The rest

 of the day turned out better we didn't have anymore rides break on us.  We watched the parade the girls loved it. We Rode some kiddie rides, then went back to Toon Town,  we then went over to the other park and rode the Ferris Wheel and tried out the wild mouse ride again because they gave us all fast passes to all the rides that broke down.  Adison's first time on

California she loved it and so did Bailley  To end the night the girlsfell asleep and me and Justin enjoyed the firework show.

Saturday:

We took the girls to the Beach for their first time. They loved it. and Especially Bailley.  It was so much fun to watch them looking for sea shells, walking in the water down the beach and playing in the sand.  We then went back to the hotel and took them swimming for a few minutes( Not a very warm day but we managed).  We then took them to Downtown Disney and ate dinner and let them spend the money for one souveneir.

It was a great family vacation!!!!!
