We went to lake powell last weekend for the fourth of july. It was so much fun. a few highlights from the trip.
the boys played with Justin's gas boat he got for christmas I was amazed at how fast it can actually go.
The only problem with the boat is they would have to rescue it when it died. Bailley loved that part. She thought she was so big to swim and retrieve the boat for her dad.
Brenton was a little bit of a chicken to get in the water! But he had fun on friday anyway. He loved the boat.
The girls learning how to kick with fins on. They did a pretty good job for their first time.
We then pulled out the snorkel to let them try snorkeling. Bailley is doing
so well with swimming she likes to put her face in the water so we thought she would do good at snorkeling. She had a hard time understanding how to breathe but I think she will get it with a few more tries.
To end the weekend we saw some boils and caught a few fish and we were finally able to get Brenton in the lake. It was such a big accomplishment for him. I think he actually really enjoyed it once he was in their. Granted he never let go of my mom. It turned out to be a fun weekend. We cant wait to go again.
